Whereas his biography will read that Samuel Oshana was born in Boston and experienced tremendous career success in New York, the reality is, that represents just a small part of the story. These days, Sam calls Miami Beach home. Of course, his business career is still enormously successful, but there is now a different focus, on the real estate business in South Florida. Sam recently obtained a Florida real estate brokerage license because that provides him which gives him the ability to widen his reach with investments in Florida commercial and residential real estate.
Samuel Oshana started out as an investment advisor and broker with many of the largest and most impressive brokerages in the country, including JP Morgan and Heartland Securities. He made sure he had everything he needed, with series 7, 63 and 55 licenses, which allowed him to sell all types of securities and to engage in equity trading. These days, he has demonstrated great success with buying abandoned properties for a low price in "up-and-coming" neighborhoods, rehabilitating them and selling them for a healthy return.
